What are your business hours?

Our typical business hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time. Since I juggle multiple roles, I may not always answer right away, but if you leave a detailed message, I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Payments made through our website are processed securely via Stripe. We also accept Zelle to help minimize fees, but booking directly through our website is preferred, as it helps us stay organized.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are based on the cancellation policy in effect at time of booking. For Key West properties: guests who cancel 31 or more days before check-in receive a full refund; guests who cancel between 16 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; guests who cancel 15 days or less before check-in receive no refund. No exceptions. We encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance to cover weather-related or travel disruptions, as we do not issue refunds for those situations.

What is your early check in / late check out / luggage storage policy?

We will usually reach out if the home is ready for early check-in as soon as our cleaners confirm they are finished. Otherwise, standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. We do not offer luggage storage. Late checkout may be available upon request and is subject to a fee, availability, and our cleaners schedule. Requests must be made the day before checkout so we have time to review and respond. If you need a guaranteed early check-in or late checkout, book an additional night.
